Once your application is complete, you will receive a code confirming eligibility. The Saplings need this code to secure funding for your child(ren). Without this we cannot provide the extra 15 hours for free and parents will be charged at the normal rate. Parents must undertake this eligibility check every 3 months to secure funding on an ongoing basis!
