Breakfast and After School Clubs

The Saplings Breakfast Club sessions run Monday - Friday, 7.30am - 9.15am, for children aged 2-11 years and cost £5.20 per session, or can be included in your child's funded sessions if applicable.

We offer places for up to 30 children per session, with 24 Walking Bus places to Birchwood School. A healthy breakfast is provided for all children, consisting of cereals, breads such as bagels and brioche and a selection of fruit. The session offers free play, supervised teeth cleaning and a walking bus to Birchwood Primary School.

The Saplings After School Club sessions run Monday - Friday, 3.15pm - 6pm, for children aged 2-11 years (prices below or can be included in your child's funded sessions if applicable). We offer places for up to 30 children per session, with 24 Walking Bus places. Our Walking Bus is from Birchwood Primary School.

After school club to 4pm - £5.50

After school club to 5pm (including snack) - £8.45

After school club to 6pm (including tea)- £11.00

We also offer offer Breakfast and After School Club to Bealings Primary school with a car drop off/pick-up.

Children who stay until 5pm are offered a healthy snack and drink during the session and a light, healthy tea is provided for all children staying until 6pm. We have a 5-week rolling tea menu, updated seasonally and we are happy to adapt our menus for children who have specific dietary requirements.

For each half of the school term, our After School Club has a subject focus, chosen by the children, such as science, all about me, construction etc. and children can explore the topic through a wide range of activities. Leisure time activities are also provided, including: crafts, cooking, dressing up and role play and Wii.
